The Big Move FAQ

We have relocated our warehouse succesfully!
This is a huge move for our business, both figuratively and literally. We’re so excited for this, because a bigger space means more designers, more fabrics and more happy customers. 
Don't you worry, our showroom remains at the same location. Our warehouse is just relocating to the space next door. This will make it a lot easier (and faster) for us to finish up your order at the showroom.

Did you place an order between Dec 5th and January 3rd?
We are processing these orders by chronological order. Please be aware that we do our very best to ship them out ASAP, but we can't handle all the orders at once. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Did you place an order after January 2nd?
Please be aware that we have a delay in dispatching your orders. We have a lot of orders to process due to the relocation period and our whole team is helping out to do this as quickly as possible. So bear with us! Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise for any disruption this may cause to your shopping experience. Keep in mind that this is a huge deal for us and a necessary optimisation for our small business in order to keep providing you with the best service there is.

 

WAREHOUSE RELOCATION FAQ

Will I be able to visit the showroom during the move?
No, our showroom will be closed from Dec 6th to January 3rd. We will reopen on January 3rd.

Will I be able to order online during the move?
Yes, you will, but orders made after Dec 5th will be shipped as of January 3rd.

What if I have an urgent order?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you. We have to move thousands of fabric rolls and will not be able to process your order until our warehouse is up and running at its new location.
We will start processing your orders again as of January 3rd, in chronological order. There will be no exceptions for urgent orders to cut the line.

When will you reopen?
Our showroom will reopen on January 3rd.
Don’t forget our monthly Saturday opening on January 6th.

Where are you moving to?
We are staying right here at Rotselaar, Wingepark 55D. Our warehouse is just relocating to the space next door. This will make it a lot easier (and faster) for us to finish up your order at the showroom.

Will there be new fabric drops?
New drops coming soon, but first we need to process all your orders asap!
