RETURN & REFUND POLICY
While we hope that every purchase meets your expectations, we know sometimes it won't. After celebrating one year of selling online, we can safely say that among the thousands of customers who have purchased fabrics from us, less than a handful have been dissatisfied with the products on offer, to the point that we can still remember each one individually by name.
We're a small and dedicated team who do everything from cutting your fabric, to managing the website, sourcing new products for your projects, labelling each and every sample by hand, creating content on social media to spike your curiosity, preparing and sending packages, down to writing this text you're reading right now. We are the founders, partners and we are family, so we take your comments & recommendations very seriously because our business os our livelihood and we do our best to make you happy. In case you're not, here are your options:
Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size are not returnable or exchangeable. All our fabrics are checked individually before they are packaged and sent out to you.
Buttons, zippers, yarns, patterns, accessories or anything sold as a whole item may be exchanged or returned for full store credit excluding shipping fees.
Claims/exchanges related to defaults or damage MUST be made within 14 working days of the original shipping date.
Buying fabrics online can be tricky, especially when you are not sure about the colour on the screen or knowledgable about the weight of the fabric you need. However, we have photographed, retouched and calibrated the colour of each fabric to be as close to reality as possible. Unfortunately, some screens can differ and alter the original colour, however we cannot be held responsible for this. Therefore, in case of doubt, we strongly suggest that you purchase a sample to verify quality, colour, weight and texture before buying.
Items returned to us in non-salable condition will not be refunded. All promotional items and coupons are not returnable.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
1. Goods must be returned to us in their original condition. Make sure all goods are in exactly the same condition as you received them, including tags and any attached seals.
2. Notify us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org of your wish to return goods. In your email be sure to mention the full description with images if possible, your order number, reference of the goods and the reason for the return on the return document.
3. Attach the order confirmation you received by e-mail and the return document to complete the package.
4. Send the goods with your preferred shipping partner to the return address:
