DISPATCH & SHIPMENT

FULFILLING ORDERS - How and when do 
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation and we will be notified. We prepare, hand cut & fulfill your orders weekdays Monday to Friday from 8am until 4pm.  Due to the current sanitary restrictions lead times for fulfilment and shipment may take longer. 

DISPATCHING - How and when do we dispatch?
We dispatch twice a week on Tuesday's and Friday's. Depending on the delivery company you choose, delivery times can may vary between 1 and 10 working days starting from the moment the package has left our warehouse, so choose wisely!

In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will contact you via e-mail or by phone, so make sure that your contact details are correct when you enter them. Is your order very urgent? You can speed up the fulfilment process and skip the queue for a surcharge* of 35€ VAT incl. payable in advance. SHIPPING - Who, where to, how much and how long does shipping take?
Our dedicated team considers takes into consideration your recommendations and needs. We do our best to provide delivery options that reach as many geographical locations as possible and meet your budgetary needs. We ship to Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs vary per company and per location and not all companies ship to all countries. Here-below are all the shipping services you can choose from depending on your location, budget and urgency.

DHL Express Delivery is a highly reliable international transport service, easy tracking and guarantees fast delivery. Depending on your location and the weight of your package, costs may vary between 9,95€ and 45€. Delivery takes between 1 and 7 working days from the moment it leaves our warehouse. Any issues once the package has been shipped? Please contact us by mail: hello@thefabricsales.com.

Bpost: For Belgian national delivery it takes 1 to 3 working days once the package has been picked up by the shipping company and left our warehouse. You can choose home delivery or pick up from your local pick up point. You will receive a track and trace from the shipping company and can follow your package. Bpost World : For home delivery to Germany, Luxembourg and The Netherlands you will receive a track & trace from the shipping company so you can easily follow your order. Delivery times vary between 3 to 10 days. Any issues once the package has been shipped? Please contact us by mail: hello@thefabricsales.com

Mondial Relay is a remote pick up point service only available in France & Luxemburg. Choose and collect your order in the nearest Mondial Relay pick-up point in your area for a cost of €5,10. Delivery times vary between 5 and 14 working days from the moment your package has left our facility. 

LIABILITY 
Shipping companies are third party companies and are not an integral part of The Fabric Sales. We are just the middle man, so once the package has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or delays in delivery times. In case this happens, you should contact the delivery company directly with your tracking number. We have no influence on delivery charges. These costs are contract based, calculated automatically, non refundable and no profit is made from this service.
