Declan is a grey neoprene. Neoprene is a technical fabric particularly used in sportswear. It is composed of 3 coats: 2 layers of a polyester jersey fabric and one layer of very resistant synthetic fibers in between. Neoprene is resistant, light but quite thick. Declan can be used for sweaters, jackets, dresses and skirts.
