FULFILLING ORDERS - How and when
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive a confirmation email when your order has gone trough successfully. In case you did not receive a confirmation email or you are in doubt that your order has gone trough successfully, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We prepare, hand cut & fulfill your orders 3 times a week from Monday to Friday. In case we can not fulfill your complete order or there is an issue with one of the ordered products you will be contacted by our team to find the best possible solution to solve the issue. Please always make sure that your contact details are entered correctly.
In case you have chosen our “collect-in-store-option”, meaning you will come and collect it personally in our showroom in Rotselaar, you will receive an email when your order is packed and ready for pick up.
We prepare your orders in sequence, so first come, first serve. All your orders are equally important for us, therefore we do not accept or send out any express shipments and we do not prioritize collect-in-store orders.
DISPATCHING - How and when do we dispatch?
We dispatch your orders 3 times a week from Monday to Friday. Depending on the delivery company you choose, delivery times may vary between 3 and 7 working days, starting from the moment the package has left our warehouse. To dispatch our orders within Belgium, we count 3 to 6 working days. To dispatch orders outside of
Belgium, we count approximately 5 to 7 working days.
SHIPPING - Who, where to, how much and how long does shipping take?
We do our best to provide delivery options that reach as many geographical locations as possible and meet your budgetary needs. We ship to Europe, North America, Canada, Dubai, Qatar, Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping costs vary per company and per location and not all courier companies ship to all countries. Here-below are all the shipping services you can choose from depending on your location, budget and urgency.
DHL is a highly reliable international transport service, which provides easy tracking and that guarantees fast delivery. Depending on your location and the weight of your package, costs may vary between 9,95€ and 65€. Deliveries take between 1 to 7 working days, from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
For Belgian national delivery it takes 3 to 6 working days once the package has left our warehouse. You can choose home delivery or pick up from your local pick up point. Once your package has been picked up at our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace from the shipping company so you can follow your package.
For home delivery to France, Germany, Luxembourg and The Netherlands delivery times may vary between 3 to 10 days. Once your package has been picked up at our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace from the shipping company so you can easily follow your order.
Shipping companies are third party companies and are not an integral part of The Fabric Sales. We are the middle man. Once the package has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or delays in delivery times. In case this happens, you should contact the delivery company directly with your tracking number.
We have no influence on delivery charges. These costs are contract based, calculated automatically, non refundable and no profit is made from this service.
