PAYMENTS - How can I pay and is it safe?
We have taken every possible measure to ensure that payments on our website always take place in a secure environment. The Fabric Sales' Online Store accepts the following official payment methods: Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, and Maestro (ING Home'Pay, KBC Payment Button, Belfius Pay Button, Ideal). If you are not tech savvy, it can happen, you would love to order but cannot process a payment with the available payment solutions, we also accept bank transfers. For a bank transfer request just let us know by sending us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your payment has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation with your transaction and purchase details, order number and contact information. We will then proceed to preparing your order on a Monday or a Thursday. If you’re not sure that you have received a confirmation email, check your spam or contact us by email email@example.com.
REFUNDS - We all make mistakes and everything is imperfect.
It can happen that there is a small fabric shortage or that there is a small default in certain fabrics. If this happens, we will contact you directly to let you know and offer a refund or an exchange. In the case of a refund, we depend on the payment system you have used. We will refund you via the same platform that you used originally, so please allow 30 calendar days.
Pricing Policy and Charges
All prices are in Euros (€). All prices include country specific Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. Prices for fabrics are mentioned per 10cm. Prices for haberdasheries are mentioned per piece.
